Neighbouring communities are Abbeydale to the north, Penbrooke Meadows to the west, East Hills Shopping Centre to the East, and the beautiful Elliston Park to the south.

The Applewood Park Community Association is committed to sustaining an active and family-friendly community by providing opportunities for residents to connect and engage in social, cultural and recreational activities, events, and programs in a safe and inclusive environment.

Applewood Park has three amazing playgrounds, a full sized ice rink complete with boards, basketball nets, a tennis court and various outdoor exercise equipment. Applewood is well connected to the City’s bikepaths and is conveniently located close to downtown Calgary.
